We use cardboard dulcimer
kits and customize them by
applying fabric over the
cardboard. We offer a large
variety of fabric designs as
shown here on the website.

The soundbox is durable
corrugated cardboard
(200lb tested)
The fretboards are solid
wood w/geared tuning
pegs
Metal frets (plus 6+ fret)
are pre-installed by the
kit manufacturer.

Finished Dulcimer size is:

31" Lx 8" W x 2-3/4" D
Scale Length is: 25-7/8"

PLEASE NOTE: Fabrics cannot contain blended fibers such as cotton &
polyester, or nylon. Any fabric other than cotton may stretch out of shape
during application onto the cardboard.

If you would like us to build your dulcimer with a fabric of your choice,
contact us about supplying your own fabric. Here's what we require:
1 Yard of 100% cotton fabric - minimum of 44/45" Wide
